Mahdi Chaney

       

Mahdi Chaney is a co-founder of Millennial Properties, an urban renewal real estate company focusing on residential and commercial development opportunities in emerging communities. Founded in 2013, Millennial Properties acquired a dilapidated, run down, 4 unit apartment eyesore located near the Atlanta Beltline and completed a total renovation which now maintains full occupancy. Presently, Mahdi has helped expand the property management and construction management divisions while building the asset portfolio of Millennial Properties.

Prior to Millennial Properties, Mahdi worked in the professional sports industry.  He held positions at the Atlanta Hawks ranging from sales to marketing research to database management. In addition, he has worked in the player operations department of the Atlanta Falcons and also spent some time with the Golden State Warriors. In addition to the corporate experience, Mahdi has experience assisting and managing prospective NFL clients with 18K Sports Agency, creating marketing strategies for Able Body Shop, assisting Big Boi of Outkast byway of his longtime attorney and adviser Daniel Kane in a legal assistant role and starting several small online and storefront businesses. In addition, Mahdi spent a few years in the nonprofit industry raising funds for United Way with creative partnerships with the New Orleans Saints and Domino’s Pizza. Mahdi attended Stanford University and graduated from Morehouse College where he holds a degree in Marketing.

Mahdi is a licensed Realtor in the State of Georgia.
