Millennial Properties Realty has entered into a partnership with Barney Fletcher Schools as a Success Through Learning partner. Through this partnership, Millennial Properties Realty is offering state exam preparation classes for students working to obtain a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson’s License. Each class is taught in-person by Millennial Properties Realty’s Managing Broker, Raquel Obumba.

About the course:
The Success Through Learning course is a review of the topics on the state licensing exam and puts the lessons from the course in context into how a house gets sold from beginning to end. This course is for exam preparation purposes only, and additional credit will not be granted.

About our Managing Broker

Since becoming a Georgia licensed real estate salesperson in 2006 and a Georgia licensed real estate broker in 2015, Raquel Obumba has had a robust career working with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Her personal experiences coupled with her experience assisting other Millennial Properties Realty team members through their transactions, positions her to be an asset to students participating in the Success Through Learning course. Raquel brings the content of the course to life by providing real life examples, which leaves a lasting impression and helps students remember how the content will be applied in actual real estate transactions.
